- None — Benefit Booster unlocked by completing wellness screening + mental health assessment
- Chronic medication
- CDL conditions covered — linked formulary of chronic medication via network pharmacy
- Maternity
- Emergency C-sections only. Neonatal care limited to R57,280 per family
- Dental
- 1 dental consultation per beneficiary (R75 co-payment); annual scale and polish included
- Optical
- 1 eye test per beneficiary at network provider (R115 co-payment); R420 at non-network
- Mental health
- PMB only for psychiatry and psychology (State facilities)
