- Unlimited — Evolve Network hospitals only. R2,000 co-payment per authorisation (except MVA, maternity, emergencies). Oncology R200,000/beneficiary/year then 20% co-payment.

- None — HealthSaver+ available as optional add-on
- Chronic medication
- 26 CDL conditions — State facilities only. State formulary. No annual limit.
- Maternity
- Unlimited — no annual limit applies. Neonatal care unlimited. Maternity programme benefits available.
- Dental
- Subject to HealthSaver+ if available. 2 virtual GP consultations per beneficiary per year included.
- Optical
- Subject to HealthSaver+ if available

- PMB only at Evolve Network hospitals. Psychiatric hospitalisation limited to PMB.
