- Any private hospital
- In hospital
- Private hospital cover at any private hospital; R2,000 co-payment per authorisation applies (except MVA, maternity, emergencies); no overall annual limit.
- Day-to-day
- Personal Medical Savings Account — 25% of total contribution, plus Extended Cover (Above-Threshold Benefit) once day-to-day claims reach the annual Threshold (R36,900 principal member / R32,000 adult dependant / R10,600 per child, max 3 children charged).
- Chronic medication
- 62 conditions (26 CDL + 36 additional non-CDL, additional limited to R13,700/family/year). Chosen chronic provider: State — State = State formulary (State facilities).
- Maternity
- No annual limit on confinement/neonatal ICU. Richer day-to-day maternity programme: 12 antenatal visits, doula benefit (2 visits), lactation consult + follow-up, 3 nurse home visits, 2 pregnancy scans + 3D/4D at 2D rate, 2 paediatrician visits in baby's first year.
- Dental
- Basic dentistry unlimited within the Threshold mechanism. Specialised dentistry R18,100/beneficiary, R46,900/family. In-hospital wisdom teeth/trauma/maxillo-facial co-payments similar to Incentive.

- R5,500 per beneficiary overall optical limit (R3,000 frame sub-limit), from day-to-day/Threshold benefit.
