- Any private hospital
- In hospital
- Private hospital cover at any private hospital; R2,000 co-payment per authorisation applies (except MVA, maternity, emergencies); no overall annual limit.
- Day-to-day
- None built-in (optional HealthSaver+ addon available)
- Chronic medication
- 26 CDL conditions only, no annual limit. Chosen chronic provider: Any — Any = Basic formulary (any GP/pharmacy).
- Maternity
- No annual limit on confinement/neonatal ICU. Day-to-day maternity programme: 7 antenatal visits, 1 lactation consult, 1 nurse home visit, 2 pregnancy scans.
- Dental
- Day-to-day dentistry subject to HealthSaver+ if available (no built-in day-to-day benefit). In-hospital: wisdom-teeth extraction (R3,600 day-hospital/R6,800 other co-payment), maxillo-facial for under-7s (R2,000 co-payment), trauma dentistry covered at 100% MSR.
- Optical
- Subject to HealthSaver+ if available (no built-in optical benefit).
- Mental health
- R47,300 per beneficiary for in-hospital mental health (combined psychiatry/psychology/rehab); day-to-day subject to HealthSaver+ if available.
